What my peers are saying

I wanted to state how much I appreciate Kilian's insights and his methodology towards tackling opportunities within projects. He is one of the best I have seen when it comes to identifying what's working today vs. what will work tomorrow. He's always revising, reiterating, and forward thinking. There are a couple of traits that I want to highlight.

Kilian has a unique take on projects and tackling problems. He doesn't just seek the issue and then look to remedy; he rethinks the entire approach and asks the tough question "Is our current approach appropriate for this particular task?" I admire this as his approach helps us keep our North Star and how/why we proceed the way we do. This particular skill has encouraged me to change my behavior and thinking.

Secondly, Kilian is always looking to network and has such a strong, entrepreneurial spirit. I have to admit it is rare to see such a trait and perhaps this is why he does so well when left full autonomy. This particular skill is hard to teach, if at all possible, as the risk assessment and tenacity it takes to succeed isn't for the faint of heart.

I have no doubts he'll be successful in his own right and hope that at times move forward, I'll be there to support him. He has a bright future and sincerely always a pleasure working alongside Kilian.

I have an understanding that, even if the work is not perfect, it's a work in progress. And the reason why I'm on Circuit is to develop a skill. I feel that it's a safe space.
